Texan Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Finally something different from the cr@p that they dish out on all Indian channels. I watched the first week of episodes and while it has started pretty sedately, I think it has some potential. Yet to see Nawazuddin, I'm sure he will have an important role. The direction could and should have been better though. Some of the scenes where some "action" is happening have been all too brief and not exciting enough. I do hope though that at least an attempt is made to make something different than the cra@pload of sh!t that is delivered day in and day out across all channels.
veer Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Much better than daily soaps but if you watch american shows like Breaking Bad or Mentalist, these wouldn't look too good. My problem is that it gets slow at times.. Like when AB's sickness scenes.

Anand and Mona (Yudh's friend in the office and his public relations officer) are copied straight from the characters of Ezra Stone and Kitty O'Neill from Boss. Also, Yudh is shown to have a daughter from a previous marriage and she is a doctor - there also Mayor Kane had an estranged daughter who was a doctor. Mayor Kane had visions and so has Yudh. It would have been better if they had done like Anil Kapoor did with 24 and bought the official rights instead of blatantly copying without giving any credit.
