And Umran gets late swing that makes him even more dangerous when he gets it right.

If he bowls close to the stumps with low arm then he doesn't need to move the ball much ,just a hint of movement either way is enough.Wider he goes more movement he will need,but if he gets it right then gets harder to play.

Archer has a very high arm action. Coming down very straight. Sen pushes his bowling arm a bit.

It was pointless to have 4 slips when even Mukesh didn't get any swing. Should have got 2 fielders in leg side and asked Sen and Umran to target stumps.

Absolutely he is only 22 without much 1st class experience when he started and already bowls yorkers and good bouncers..

they just need to give him more match practice to develop stock balls/channel balls..this guy is going to be lethal when he develops swing as well as others are talking about here..

now exact opposite happens when you play against hacks…

 

it is very necessary to bowl quick as you will learn that without pace batsmen these days will play you at their will..

if you bowl trundling  balls batsmen have enough power to line you up and hit you out of the boundary with double the pace lol..

Dahiya is living in the past..he thinks one has to sacrifice pace to bowl line and length..why you cant bowl line and length at pace..encourage that and not your typical bs.there have been many examples who have bowl line and length with pace...and this guy is coach in KKR..no wonder Mavi reduced pace..

 

anyways the containing line and length ball may work in bowling friendly conditions or when you post high totals..

for low totals and batting friendly wkts..you need agression and wkts..the line and length will make you lose easily like what Pak won against you with 10 wkts in wcup..

 

Line and length with medium pace is even getting tonked in Test cricket too with Bazball approach lol..
