Do Indian pacers lack patience and concentration  ?

Whenever the pitch is flat, they start trying too many things after some time, and stop bowling good length off-stump and channel deliveries  .....  not the way to go.
They bowled well enough. After Vijay Dropped catch Bumrah lost it.

That drop catch came very late in the game. They did not bowl well enough, they allowed elgar to leave a lot. He was begging for someone to take his wicket. On this pitch being 78 for 0 is not bowling well enough

There is no movement in air or off the pitch.Elgar poked and missed his lucky day.

Bumrah bowled well in his first spell of 5 overs .... in good areas with pace, bounce and seam movement

Ashwin bowled well .... got turn and bounce

Pandya was ok as a support bowler

BUT

Shami was poor .... no intensity or pace or accuracy

Ishant bowled too many leave-able balls as usual  ....  and at less than full pace
