Umesh Yadav is a touch slower today but I like that he was bowling with a lower arm to try to get some reverse swing.

Very happy with Siraj's bowling on the 5th day 1st session.

 

Put the ball in good areas at good pace of 137 k to 143 k.

 

Got consistent seam movement.

 

Tried to set up batters with good bouncers.

 

Near perfect fast bowling in the 1st session.

And after this over he bowled even quicker. Saw atleast 3 deliveries at 143 k and many more at 140 k to 142 k from Siraj.

I am.talking about his whole career. Bumrah has generally bowled well on flat decks.

 

In 2021, he is bowling a bit within himself and that has never worked for him.

getting wickets on a patta is next to impossible for a 120K trundler..speed is required.

Another reverse swinging yorker at 143k to Root who just about manages to keep it out. This is top class bowling by Bumrah.

I keep on saying this ... that Indian should include 4 fast bowlers and always look to bowl flat out fast. (  which is why the 4 fast bowlers )
