And Kartik Tyagi will be more deadly than Rauf once he gets settled

Yes, Tyagi is so much more than just pure pace...a complete package.

I have hopes with Rajvardhan Hangargekar as well, he can also go in 150's considering his build and run-up. Plus can be a hard hitter.

Tyagi, Mohsin, Umran, Rajvardhan, Nagrkoti, Kuldeep Sen are our fastest pacers...along with Bumrah, Shami, Siraj and Hardik

Rajvardhan peak at the moment seems 145

For the moment, yes, but he is built like Umesh Yadav...strong and tall.

If manage injury he can hurl deliveries at a rapid pace, plus only 19-20 years old.

Naseem bowled 138 k to 143 k mostly.  One at 144 k.

Got to agree with you.  Only Rauf looked quick among Pakistanis. (  Rauf looked really rapid )

Naseem and Shaheen hardly made the ball fly even on this pitch.

had naseem and shaheen  bowled 145K regularly and accurately , they would have managed to break kohli and hardik partnership. naseem got 2 batsman , indicated that the ball was swinging . rauf could get our best batsman out because of good length and sheer pace as surya hit but the ball did not flow above the keeper ..surya plays that shot , just that he could not execute it well.

Mistakes by PAK-

mistake 1- if u make them- kohli and hardik settle down, you would loose for sure. hardik was not looking in best form else he would have made india win earlier. he was not connecting very well.

mistake 2- if u ask a left arm spinner to bowl last over ask him to bowl faster balls with his usual action - it looks babbar and others asked him to take run up and become a medium pacer , he did his best but that was the reason that he bowled a NO BALL above waist.

what he had to do was to bowl yorker length balls at the 8th stump and fill the off side with so many fielders. if the batsman connected and hit him on the leg - so be it. had batsman hit on offside they would not have hit a 4 , they had to try for a 6 only and chance of getting OUT.

i think planning for last over was messed up. giving 3 runs off a ball hitting stumps and 3 runs as bye indicated there fielders had lost their mojo. 1 run or max 2 runs could have been possible.

why was he bowling outside leg stump. karthik went to sweep it and missed n got out..ashwin was smarter as soon as he saw the ball going towards leg stump , he ensured to let it go n get the extra run.

to bowl a good last over is a very tough JOB- specifically if they are bowling to hardik, kohli and even karthik.

..only bowlers who have some experience can do it well.

Haris Rauf always looked a bit like bumrah to me, although action and runup is a bit different.

Now Hasan Mahmud of Bangladesh also reminds me of bumrah.Has hyper extension and sort of similar front on action with front foot lock.Speed is 130-140 ,height is similar as well.

Hasan Mahmud may trouble us....  Slippery pace.  Has a quick short ball & has weird hyperextension & also gets extra kick.

Looks like very hard to put away.

Facing Bangla in Adelaide oval too.   He is BD'a hidden weapon.

MCG since 2020 has been a pacer's paradise....  I said this prior to the tourney...  People were stuck in 2015 wC MCG when ball gripped...  And wanted Harshal to play.

Adelaide is also super quick under lights in Australia.

So BD has got a slower Bumrah and we are missing our faster Bumrah.

And Taskin is sharp and hits the deck hard. Got 4 wickets vs Holland.

Shaheen is not fit yet and because of being a bowler short Pakistan were forced to bowl spin at pandya and kohli, fatal mistake.

I think Naseem is the best young fast bowler in world cricket atm.
The thing i love about him is he keeps his average pace always around 140 kph even when he is ambling and keeping it tight.

His new ball skill adds a new dimension to the Pakistani attacks.

Lowkey want to see hasnain at perth with the new ball.

In T20, he could be maintaining that pace. I will not refute. Across all segments of cricket, no. Let him play for 3-5 yrs and we will come to some conclusions about him.

Naseem was bowling 130 k to 140 k in the last test vs SL.  Average pace was around 134 k.

He was bowling 140 kph in tests vs australia in unforgiving Pakistani conditions.

Naseem has a lot more in the tank. He came on the scene as a 146-146 kph bowler but has focussed on a stock delivery, will get quicker in a year or two.

All Pakistan bowlers including Shaheen bowl in low 130’s in second spells or the longer a test match goes. They are rapid in T20 no doubt. Never seen Rauf in tests but I think he will have consistent pace.

At what pace is Cummins bowling ?

133-136 ,pace is enough to get things done on the pitch

On unresponsive surfaces he bowls bowls more pace

Balls were flying, this is what he mostly bowls at
