Ashok Malhotra talking about Umran needing to reduce his speeds in some overs ( probably means most of the time ) so that he can bowl 20 overs a day.   

 

This is the first thing that comes to their minds.

Bowled in good areas in the 9th over. 

 

Bowled a channel ball that seamed away from the LHB with bounce.

Batsman misses it.  

 

Ashok Malhotra says something to the effect that this happens often but unless a wicket falls, it does not mean much. Why is he so negative when it comes to quick bowlers !

Cricketers like him were responsible for the fall of Indian cricket in late eighties and nineties.

It is not the commentary which bothers me, but the fact that these are the guys who become selectors both at national level and state level and coaches at state level.
