Who are the candidates for top ten this year? Wood, Rauf, Lockie and Starc are very likely to feature. Siraj's effort balls are pretty rapid and Bumrah might turn up anyday. SriLanka have Pathirana and Kumara. Bangladesh have Taskin. SA Rabada. We might have fewer 150+ bowlers this time around. Anybody I am overlooking?

Gus Atkinson, Gerald Coetzee can clock 150 on occasions.

Pat Cummins can go high as well.

Among Indians, I expect Siraj to cross 148 kph.

 

Where Bumrah stands after such a long injury layoff, as far as pace is concerned, we will have to find out. But he will cross 145 kph for sure.

ROI is playing 3 spinners & 2 medium pacers..out of which 1 is a trundler while other one is past his best (Saini).

Saurabh Kumar & Shams Mulani seems as a defacto in every ROI squad...

Not anymore, I don't think. I don't think any of the Aussies will be particularly quick.

 

In fact , I don't see too many hitting the 95 mph mark. 

 

Nortje is out. None of the other Saffers hit those speeds currently Lockie may not start considering his horrible form.

 

Mark Wood whenever he plays , Gus Atkinson. Maybe Rauf. That's about it. Not sure what speeds Kumara is hitting.

Already 2 wickets for Kaverappa. Bowling some unplayable jaffas. Ball coming in with the angle and then seaming away and getting decent bounce. Pace around 130. If only Kaverappa was 5kph quicker....

Kaverappa looks 130-135.He is good against right handers ,needs to improve against lefthanders.

On speedometer he was barely 123-125..

If I give 5kph of extension then he is 128-130.

On same speedometer Vyshak was 128-133..and in IPL he was mostly in 132-138 range.

Watched only few overs of Kaverappa. He was bowling around 125-133. Saini was around the mid 130's quickest I saw was 137-138 on these speed guns.

Even harshit or mayank haven't clocked 140 in domestic cricket.

 

Umran has poor record in fc,pace doesn't work in india even in domestic.

Not sure, haven't seen Harshit under domestic speedguns. Mayank has bowled 137-139 on domestic speedguns.

 

However I have seen Kuldeep Sen clocking 141 in domestics speed guns &

he has clocked 145 in internationals and 150 in IPL, Harshit is more or less in same pace range like Sen.
