MK55 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 I think Mayank is holding himself back. As he gains confidence in his fitness, he’ll let it rip and easily go 5k quicker Lone Wolf, express bowling, singhvivek141 and 1 other 4

MK55 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Pandya easily the slowest seamer in the side right now.
Mosher Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Good yorker by Mayank. Tailed back in a bit at 145. express bowling 1
Lone Wolf Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Should have bowled Round the wicket... Wicket missed. express bowling 1

MK55 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 I think auto pilot mode of Mayank is 145k lol. Great accuracy at the death. He can definitely be a death bowler too In the next match he should try bowling a few about 150k. I’m sure he can easily do that. singhvivek141, Lone Wolf, express bowling and 2 others 5
MK55 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Ate these analytics guys so brain dead that they are considering 110k slow balls while calculating bowling average?

Yeah the run up/action tweak has definitely impacted pace. Hopefully he is constantly monitored and the old action doesn't creep in from muscle memory .

Mosher Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Good yorkers and slower ones by Mayank today. Feel like he was holding himself back and didn't really let it rip. express bowling, MK55 and Vk1 3
Lone Wolf Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Mayank's run up a lot slower than in IPL... Massive change Mosher, express bowling and singhvivek141 3

singhvivek141 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 I just hope Mayank has been told by mgmt to go easy till the action sets in his muscle memory. He was bowling 140-150k which is good, but Mayank's territory is 145-155k. That 155-157 speed is something else, which is rarely seen. Vk1, Mosher and express bowling 3
MK55 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 I’ve seen this across all bowlers including guys like Brett Lee, Nortje etc. They are never full pace right after injury in the first international match. I’m not really worried. Mosher, express bowling, Vk1 and 1 other 4
