Heard and seen medium pacer term used for fast bowler, think Aus commentators started calling Seamer. 

No one uses the term fastmedium when it comes to talking about pacers in general conversations. medium fast and fast medium are used inter-changibily 

 

 

bowlers who were faster than usual were called rapid or something on similar lines and then express bowler term came with Akthar and lee.

Starc has bowled quickest of the three...consistently around 140. His lines were also on target which isnt he is known for.

Hazelwood around 134, Cummins close to 137-138.

Cummins bowling 135 k to 138 k mostly.

 

Starc 140 k to 144 k from what I have seen.

Bro, I am watching a stream from Willow. They are showing speeds on all deliveries and are not delayed like Hotstar.
