Harshit was averaging 138 k+ in both his matches in red ball Duleep Trophy with Fastest of 146 k in both of them.

Rana dint slow down in his second spell. In fact bowled a touch quicker. So some positive signs. Needs to get a bit leaner. Pace needs to be higher (low 140s at least) which is quite achievable.

 

Siraj bowled a bit better too when he came back after Ranas wicket. Pace went up a little and got more potent. I would have preferred Prasidh. Let’s see how he does for the remainder of the match. But bowled better.
 

Bumrah was clearly the difference. I noticed that he takes quite a bit of time lately to warm especially in his later spells. Slightly concerned as this is a super long series and we are so heavily reliant on him.

Big difference in speeds between Bumrah's first spell ( 139 to 143 k mostly ) and later spell. ( 130 to 138 k mostly )

 

Ofcourse small gap between spells contributed to this too.

Akash Deep would have been deadly on this wicket with his accuracy and pace. 
 

I expected Rana to be quicker, maybe debut nerves. But a solid addition to the pack regardless.
