Harshit needs to work on his fitness.

He simply looks tired and out of breath...you cant be that way. These guys looks down on energy.

Same with Arshdeep...cant even move properly...as if there legs are buried deep into the cement.

Sad to say that even Bumrah & Siraj have more agility than these 2..despite them being a 8-9 years older.

I hate when bowlers who have pace, start bowling slower balls. It aint the 90's. Sure, once or twice the batsmen can get confused. But more often than not, they are going to take the bowlers to the cleaners.

Instead of bowling slowers, if Harshit tries to bowl ' faster' balls at 148-150, he will get way better results. No need to listen to cutia coaches

Harshit has stamina issues bhai.

Its very evident...he starts fast and then during the MO is switches to fast medium...and at death its all slower ones after slower ones.

Harshit in his current fitness is just a 6-7 over bowler...maybe even there I am being a bit lenient with him.

Have posted this previously too:: Pradish has to bowl mid 140 to high 140 kmph to be effective with the line and length he bowls.

Else he is just bowling chest high bouncers with no venom behind.  His slower-ones are like he is giving a 2 days prior notice.

Those slower ones worked in this IPL because he was cracking it up to 150 kmph and batters were on back foot. Bowling  ~140 kmph and then bowling slower ones does not have same kind of effect on batters.

Yes clearly Arash and Harshit does not have stamina to bowl 10 overs.

Unless Harshit and Arshdeep play a lot of FC Cricket, it would be a big risk picking them even for ODIs.

Both looked totally spent in the last few overs. No stamina beyond 4 overs.

Harshit lacks objectivity in addition to this. We needed wickets to win this match and he was trying to stop runs. Hardly any ball at the stumps.

And Prasidh was really poor today. Lacks the skills for LOIs.

Arshdeep doesnt even have the skills or talent to stay in International cricket for long. He is a very limited bowler. Wonder what people see in him.

Lots of FC Cricket, including tests, played by Bumrah, Shami, Siraj.

Not enough by Harshit and Arshdeep .

That's the biggest difference.

Arash is good for T20s and 4 overs , that it, rest he is LA noting kind of bowler.

LA angle works in T20s when batter have to go after the bowling , plus he has some t20 bowling skills can bowl yorkers.

He should be picked for T20is only where he is good.

LAF ( medium fast ) bring that special magic to the RHB dominant game especially ODIs.  Ever since ODI cricket became interesting most world cup winning teams had a good Left armer ( ignoring McGrath type of domination )

Harshit does not even start fast these days. Very few balls at 143 k+, if any.

In 2024 and early 2025 he used to regularly hit mid 140s and even high 140s on occasions.

Now even his quickest overs are 140 to 143 k. Just one ball at 144 k in this series.

I mean you need to be a decent Left Arm medium/ or fast medium bowler to be of any use. I dont see any quality in Arsh. Yes, he can bowl in T20's, but anything beyond that is out of his league.

Arshdeep brings variety.. can swing both ways, picks wickets regularly and biggest plus - has cool temperament under pressure. much better than Siraj/Prasidh type of bowlers who buckle under pressure frequently. Unless we get a gun bowler I am okay with Arshdeep

That’s really disappointing. Starting to feel he’s just not the right guy - unless he works significantly on his fitness. Don’t want to invest in another mediocre commodity.

I dint watch it but looks like dew is playing a major role.

I’m sick of this non sense. Completely tilted the game. There needs to be some solution for this. Else LOIs will be totally pointless in this country

He was just trying to complete his over...had no energy left. Hence was just bowling slower ones.

After almost every ball, he was down on his knees gasping for breath...you will have no objectivity if your body is tired.

With Arshdeep...its like after his over, he is a mannequin on the field.

Prasidh seems more fit than these 2.
