tushar deshpande , gurjapneet and some nachiket seems to be short listed for TEST pacers. i read some news today.

SIMARJeet is a serious bet...sardar with Pace- you cannot ignore a sardar if he bowls 145K bcos he will bring aggression with it as well.

Arshdeep at 133k is dangerous in T20 but we need another sardar for tests and odi.T20,

 

wWhyhy are selectors not considering ashAshok Sharma ? , his fitness is good. Mbelieveayank may not have the fitness for tests , I beleive he will never be picked for TESTS as TESTS requires a different level of fitness.

There is chance Mayank might get picked for Ranji Trophy.....provided he sustains his fitness for a considerable amount of time.

 

Ashok's exclusion is a jhatka, and I am worried hope Ashok dont get the same treatment by Gujrat which Kuldeep Sen got in TN. His career totally derailed afterwards.

Nachiket is a tundler 125-130 kph

It says bcci source, not sure 3 guys bowling around 130 kmph will make any difference 

 

Last year so much was written about Anshul Kamboj and when he made his debut people were left wondering who was running this PR .

Kamboj came in prominence by taking all 10 wickets for 49 runs in 30 overs in one innings in 2024.

Hope TN takes care of him and not waste him on the slow turners of Chennai.

I hope Deepesh is not mis-managed like Tyagi, Mavi, Nagarkoti and Hangargekar.

 

He is a special bowler and should play as many FC and List A matches as possible. 

 

And hope he is not forgotten after the inevitable stress fractures and the lonely recovery periods.

 

Want him playing in the IPL in 2027.

He has bit of Josh Tongue in him...  Hopefully he develops bowling smarts over the period of time.

IPL is coming 100% for him

Yeah kid has come from proper grassroots and age group cricket plus his dad is an ex cricketer.   BCCI must manage this guy.

 

I reckon CSK and MI will target him in IPL auctions.

Obviously pace seems to have increased,even though it's T20,good to see him up the ante when needed

There are phases in odis and red ball where you have to bowl just like this,pace comes into play ,that is the time we should infact say 'pace is pace yaar'

He should be honing his skills bowling as much as possible,look to play fcs soon

We waste pace prospects for pennies.No other country does that because no nation produces this much as we waste,and nowhere else is it wasted on such a scale.If we could bring even 50 %of them into mainstream cricket and the national reckoning, we would have become an undisputed pace bowling powerhouse by now
