Temujin Khaghan Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 seriously speaking, can we expect 3 wickets and 50 runs as a total contribution from Binny from the second test? I think that would be a reasonable performance from him? anyways he is more likely to get a wicket than ravindra jadeja on a green top.
saneindian Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Brad Hodge was dropped after scoring a double hundred' date=' but Binny is Lord. You do not drop Lord, Lord can drop the word drop from the world.[/quote'] What? Played the entire series vs SA!
Vilander Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Note the three main quicks(really) so its Ishant,BK and Shami....
undisputed chap Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 WHAT !! no Rohit Sharmakar :(( No one (be)sharma is enough :((
Temujin Khaghan Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Kohli also should stop thinking about Anushka Sharma on the field. j/k
ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 tbh he wont do much at lords imo get ashwin in and we have solid batting and perhaps.. perhaps a chance of getting more wickets. dont get how someone like nathon lyon can get wickets on seamer friendly pitches yet ashwin cant. i reckon its the mindset and captaincy.. need to attack
Temujin Khaghan Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Ian Chappell in the pre-match discussion: "If India selects the same team again for the second test match and keep doing the same mistake again and again, then I am reminded of one term - INSANITY". :nervous: pretty sure he is not talking about the workout routine (which works btw, google it)

They move on until they get it right. We just keep selecting the same team and dont realise mistakes until its an embarrassment See: Ishant getting faulknered, Vinay's century, yuvi's exposure in SA ODIs and wc t20, GG, Sehwag etc etc

Chappell could not believe during the 0-4 in Australia that Dhoni kept on picking the same team in every game despite getting smashed. Dhoni just does not learn despite 0-10 and over 3 years without an overseas test win. The conclusion is that he simply does not care and hence a new test captain is needed.
sourab10forever Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh....not binny again:sniffle::sniffle:
sourab10forever Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 HEy u now what...india is gonna loose this match.....:secret::secret::secret::secret:

I think if irfan pathan was fit he would make a great selection of useless bunny. He would have been a decent no 8 bat along with being able to actually bowl. But i guess it was sadly not to be.

It seems Dhoni and BCCI has notified Irfan about 1 year back to get fit and ready for the England tour in 2014 as a starting point for his comeback for the 2015 WC. But either his lack of motivation or genuine bad luck wrt to fitness, he couldnt
maniac Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 So binny is useless with the ball,non existent in the field and he gets a valuable half century in a game where 2 no 11 got 50's and a no 9 scored 2 50's and people think he is the answer to all our prayers great :clap:

Could make a full recovery only till the ipl. If he is fit enough to bowl then he should be given first preferrence over hacks like bunny.

coffee_rules Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Ashwin for Jadeja seems a better option for batting :-)
