Tiger80 Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Here is the entire dispute Before 47 the land belonged to a muslim family which had a private mosque their. After partition the land went to Agarwal samaj .In 2001 the Agarwal samaj sold it to Sikhs . When muslims heard that Sikhs were building Gurdwara they went to court which gave its verdict in favour of sikhs as the court said that when Sikhs purchased land there was no mosque their
Texan Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 In a way I think majority is to blame for this situation. You are right. The majority Hindu population has to be blamed for this. Not just this, but they are also to be blamed for the Israel-Palestine conflict, the Cold War and both the World Wars! Now, grow up.
Texy Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Muslims can be easily be provoked, used and abused by people and parties with agenda and yet time and again they seem to obey like sheep all in the name of religion. Remember the incidents in B'lore & Pune when Bodo & Bangladeshis clashed.
The Realist Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Peaceful seculars showing their peacefulness. Send in the drones They seem to run away very quickly when the bird appears in the sky
AmreekanDesi Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 The problem with Modi's election is that it has emboldened the rhetoric of the right wing terrorist Muslim groups and their stupidity has found a greater audience due to all the scare tactics that were successdyly employed by Congress to get the Muslim vote by scaring them of BJP rule.

Alchemist Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 Well, its Muslims, so this is bound to happen. They cannot live in peace with anyone. If all other religions go away, they will find something within themselves to fight.
diga Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 One more riot in Rampur & 4 dead /15 seriously injured..
Raghav_12 Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 It is wrong to blame just one community for these riots. BJP and it's family has been active in the region for sometime to flare up communal passion and vitiate atmoshphere to this level. There were continuous news in media that cadres of BJP and allies were moving from other parts of western UP to Saharanpur. Local people could have sorted it out but external elements deteriorated the situation to this level. http://ibnlive.in.com/news/bharatiya-janata-party-leaders-detained-for-protests-in-saharanpur/488445-3-242.html http://www.dehradun.amarujala.com/feature/city-hulchul-dun/bjp-leader-arrested-for-comment-on-saharanpur-riots/ This is hardly any surprise that since we became Modistan, communal situation across country going downhill.
Raghav_12 Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 Unlike those parties, AAP is representing a lot of Sikhs in Parliament - AAP has 4 MPs from Punjab including Sikhs. If they had any sense of duty at least their Sikh MPs should have spoken out vociferously. Instead we have a "statement" from Kejriwal. This is pathetic. This is the first time after 1984 that Sikhs have been targeted like this in a riot. It is a BIG deal. Communal divisiveness is so inbuilt in your psyche that you think because AAP has Sikh MP's they have more responsibility towards Sikhs. Going by that logic since ruling coalition has no Muslim representation in ruling coalition they don't have any responsibility towards them. No wonder Muslims are worried since Modi became PM.
