The ATG test pace attacks Holding, Marshall, Roberts, Garner Lillee, Thompson Wasim, Waqar Ambrose, Walsh, Bishop, Patterson McGrath, Lee, Gillespie Steyn, Morkel, Philander all had / has multiple good quality pacers with pace and/or steep bounce.

CG Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Pace is always important everybody knows just they ndo not acknowledge it as we had history of trundlers and its ingrained in to us .Nothing like watching a genuine quick running in and bouncing batsman out and putting fear in them.Forget consistency it will come with time but raw pace is what is so good about these guys.

However, the celebrations should be saved till he takes at least a 5-fer and not just 2 wickets on a helpful wicket. Because Dhoni fans are lurking in the background to pounce if he doesn't take any more wickets today. Even Shami took 2 wickets in an innings this series
