I have made 4 or 5 times Hyderabad biriyani I got it perfectly once. It looks very complicated. But only prep work is tedious. Cooking is easier.

And the outcome is amazing! I hate the one where they cook a sort of chicken curry and put it on the rice and claim it to be biryani.

First part marination 3'to 4 hours. Second part making half cooked flavored rice. Third part is caramalizing onion Fourth part is cooking chicken for couple of minutes. Fifth part is layering and cooking in oven or on a tava. If yo get every part right with your timing and quantity you get a perfect biriyani

You don't know what transpired at the hotel and at best this is all conjecture. Again,no rules broken.

It's very clear what happened...hotel did not give vip treatment and dhoni made whole team leave it in anger Also about breaking rules he tried to breaking hotel rule and when they did not allow him he made whole team leave..try doing this with ur friends ...:D

I don't think dhoni pays them enough that they can afford to dine at a hotel. I could be wrong though. :dontknow:
