Does the BCCI think just because they are in India (the land where player have no representation or rights) they should not be able to exercise their legal right to strike?

They have key WI players in the XI. BCCI might though ban others. But I don't understand this. In the past WI players used WIPA & its retarded president to ruin WI cricket along with equally inept WICB. At those times...WI players told the world & WICB to talk to only WIPA since WIPA represent WI players (hence that militia body known as WIPA). Now they telling the world & still inept WICB not to talk to WIPA....but to talk to individual players. WTF. & These players...playing for WI team....does these players even think about the whole WI players...& I mean local or domestic players...specially younger ones. Or these players..eg Bravo...only thinking how they can make maybe a few thousand dollars more for appearing to play for WI whenever they are free & don't have any T20 contracts with other teams (T20 contracts which have allowed these same WI players to call for strike since there bank accounts are overflowing & the real ones that want to play for WI will be badly effected & will be not heard in this noise). IMO WICB should move forward.....fire all these moronic players....or players not will to play. Let these players continue to get super rich in T20 leagues around the world. Let the players...willing to play for WI come forward & take it from there.

West Indies players are in demand in Big Bash League, so all is not lot for them either. They are also selected in Englands domestic T20 tourney as well as Bangladesh premiere league, WI T20 league and SLPL.

And how do you know that the WI players aren't earning a fair wage? Are you privvy to the contract details?

It says that the players asked WICB to talk to them directly rather then WIPA which is suppose to be representing the players anyway. WICB in the past was forced the these same players to talk only with WIPA. So its WTF moment. Plus the reports says that WI players agreed to play the 4 ODIs in good faith and if WICB pay the players under old contracts not new ones signed between the players WIPA and WICB. Again...IMO..WICB should just move forward with the players who wants to play for WI rather then these money mongers existing players. Let them go and play in T20 leagues. They have failed WI team in the last decade anyway. So by not having them in the new team will not change WI performance much either. I bet that in a year or max two...these same players will say sorry and want to come back into WI team (as they cant do all these drama in professional T20 leagues around the world)

Contracts can be amended and terminated under special circumstances.......a player revolting against his board would classify as one......the WICB could refuse to issue NOCs.....but that is more of a last resort
