adi B Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Like Asia Cup No,like 5-0 against nzl when gambo was leading,4-1 vs wi and 5-0 recently against srl
Tridibans_16 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Dhoni in India has a solid record. Nobody can dispute that. India will be a weaker team without him in India. The question before India is do you axe MSD in preparing for the overseas tours to come? Even ifhe is good at home, why should he be preferred when his replacements like Saha are equallygood if not more? He led us to losses again and again. He is not fit for captaincy. That leaves only his keeping and batting. Saha is a better keeper. Why he should be unfairly played only in Aus when Dhoni is unavailable.;;
Tridibans_16 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Like Asia Cup You and Velu's Dhoni love is amusing to say the least :giggle:
Number Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 No' date='like 5-0 against nzl when gambo was leading,4-1 vs wi and 5-0 recently against srl[/quote'] :haha: I think he adds a lot value as a batsman WK in ODIs. Most of the times we outbat the opponent at home. Nothing to do with his "great" ODI captaincy.
Lord Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Saha won't be as good as Dhoni in India but will be better overseas.Overall its a good deal.Most times Dhoni isnt even needed in India if we are playing 6 specialist bats
G_B_ Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 ]Do you seriously believe India will do bad at home without Dhoni? Why? There have been series with Dhoni injured and India has done as good if not better. What is your basis for saying this? He is a stellar player at home' date= but is he irreplaceable and others hopeless at home? I don't think so its not a question of bad. Its a question of will dhoni add to the Indian team at home? the answer is yes. When Nz toured India the last time Dhoni played some crucial knocks in India. without which India mostly would have lost the test matches. He was also instrumental in turning the tables on Aus in the test match in Chennai. Lets just stop pretending. I want Dhoni to go as captain. But he is a very good test player for India in India.
G_B_ Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Saha i have doubts about his temperament more than skill. His keeping technique is better than MSD. Ojha is better set IMO
achilles Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Why Saha? What is so special about him? I rate Naman Ojha as a 10 times better keeper batsman than Saha. Lets give him an opportunity. And we can have Samson as Ojha's backup.
Austin 3:!6 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Dinesh Karthik is best keeper batsman in India after MSD. Saha is another overhyped guy.
Switchblade Posted December 28, 2014 Author Posted December 28, 2014 Dinesh Karthik is best keeper batsman in India after MSD. Saha is another overhyped guy. Has been given a lot of chances already he has been a :fail:
Shivaji bhonsle Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 We have ipl and Dhoni very well knows that our memory is short and everything will be forgotten after ipl and the home matches. He is smarter than you think.
zep1706 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Why Saha? What is so special about him? I rate Naman Ojha as a 10 times better keeper batsman than Saha. Lets give him an opportunity. BeautifulGame Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Dinesh Karthik is best keeper batsman in India after MSD. Saha is another overhyped guy. Is this some sort if joke. He doesn't even deserve to be in the TN team ATM Has been a passenger for TN
Crookbond Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 How is he as a keeper? Keeping skills are equally' date=' if not more important.[/quote'] I think he's pretty good.

gslv Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Kuch nahi hoga. No one can remove Dhoni. Ppl can only shout. As long as csk is der srini will not let it happen bcoz it will diminish his brand value.
bowl_out Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Dhoni should at least step down from Test captaincy after this series... Play a series or two at home if he wants to, and then give way to Saha / Samson
Raghav_12 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 The worst thing that could happen to India is Dhoni retaining the captaincy for a major part of the next 2 years and then a new Captain being appointed right before the away tours.That would be a disaster.I hope Dhoni steps aside right after the WC. lol.. He is not one of them who steps aside. He has to be thrown aside and I doubt that will happen. I feel there are many things in which Dhoni and Srini are together, so Srini won't let that throwing happen.
Raghav_12 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 No' date='like 5-0 against nzl when gambo was leading,4-1 vs wi and 5-0 recently against srl[/quote'] It is very clear that we don't need him. In home ODI's even Rohit Sharmas hit double hundreds and there are who can hundreds as well. As can be seen we have won all these series without Dhoni in the team and more importantly without batting an eyelid.

If we can win games without a player it doesn't mean that we don't need that player :facepalm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
