carnish
^ NZ tour and Asia Cup are next year Yes, But its still in the current season. So, he should also be on the look out for that. Ideally, I believe, he should score atleast 1 more in this Zimbabwe series at the very least which should not be that difficult for him considering that the Bulawayo pitch is usually a Road. vamos_rafa
4 against Zimboks 7 against Australia 7 against South Africa 3 against New Zealand Minimum 3 in Asia Cup in Bangladesh So No, not 18, but 24 ODIs left this year. He should get atleast another 5-6 100s. But it hasn't been a good year for him as of yet. Just 2 100s in 11 games. Not upto his standard, especially considering he couldn't get a single 100 in 4 matches against his favourite team Sri Lanka. :banghead: That's cause he is kind of out of his deep purple patch wihch he had hit. You can't keep on scoring the way he did an year ago. Look at Clarke now. Link to comment

Look at Clarke now. Clarke has done well only on flat tracks .. bar that one 100 in SA. Especially at home he was dominant. Away from home he is somewhat below average. Link to comment
skindia
Thats reason srt want to change odi format Link to comment

Away from home he is somewhat below average. You are talking as if Kohli scored all those 100s on the greenest of green tracks and against the best of all bowling attacks. Clarke did not get to play outside home and in Oz, he was able to score pretty well. He played well against SA both home and away. Even in India, he did pretty well against a good spin attack and on turning tracks. Link to comment
cowboysfan
Dhawan is already ahead of the pace to beat his record,he needs to play more in the sub continent. Link to comment

Number
Just checked SRT had 42(21 ODIs and 21 Tests) when he was 26. I think by 30, Virat will catch up with Sachin. Comfortably overtake in ODIs. Link to comment
Vijy
^ The thing however is that SRT was a middle order bat for the first few years of his career in ODIs. He didn't score many 100s in ODIs for quite some time. From the mid 90s his century rate picked up quite a lot. It won't be easy for Kohl to keep up with that. Link to comment
