I guess he got injured for some time immediately after WC and then came back in the home AUS series IIRC. Was not the same again. Regressed even more in the 2004 Aus tests he came back well in 2005 and picked up wkts for fun,was the best bowler by miles only to be injured.then again came back in 2009 and was bowling economical opening spell with regular wkts in the death,declined in the late 2010

Was wicket taking in patches even after 2003. But was different bowler during that WC. He was swinging it consistently at good pace at around 90 mph. IIRC he clocked close to 150 kph in 2003 WC in the England match with some out swing.

Talented ever produced by India, is RP Singh? Kapil Dev > RP Singh, please. (be it in the talented, or hardworking or achievements - no matter which category you pick), KD is more tailunt than RPS. Or should your question be who is the most tailunted but failed to achieve? If so, Sreesanth, RPS all of these cases can come in.
