1. Get rid of the Two-new-balls rule. 2. Relax restrictions on working on the ball in order to achieve reverse swing. Reverse Swing can be the modern bowler's savior but the ICC has managed to eliminate it from ODIs altogether.

I want to know which moron had this brilliant idea of having just four fielders outside the circle.I think that rule was introduce in view of this world cup.Was it introduced to reduce impact of spinners. In 1992 also had this bizarre rain rule which in essence changed outcome of world cup. They have loaded so many things favoring batmen it has become a joke as if 15 overs of power play was not enough .Last world cup when scores in excess of 300 were moaning about flat pitches, I think totals more than 300 scored in last world cup have already been exceeded in this world cup. I can understand to some extent using two new balls as they wanted to favor home teams who rely more on fast bowlers.

There were a lot more fat f****s scoring centuries in the 90s and earlier. Players like Inzamam and Ranatunga wouldn't even see the field today. Cricketers have never been fitter than they are today. Put Jadeja, who was the only fit player in the Indian team in the 90s and he would be the least fit batsman in the squad today.

I have solution to small grounds where it's extremely useless to have such fielding restrictions. I say don't cut the grass and leave it little longer so that the outfield get slow and let batsman realize and bowler get something out of the ground. Kind of like ground in associate nations where they don't give a fk about cricket ground and leave the ground's grass big like a soccer or baseball field and the ball doesn't roll for four that easily. I say do that also.
