Then how about not writing something you don't know you effed up excuse of a news reporter!

Ishant did this on whole Aussie tour 2012, played all tests and then had a surgery after that skipping IPL.

According to the International Cricket Council's regulations only 15 players per team will be accredited for the World Cup. However, Kulkarni, who was retained in case another injury occurred to India's pace bowling department, continues to be the team's Player No 16. Yesterday at the Western Australian Cricket Ground here, Kulkarni's profile was changed, at least on paper. At the entrance of the players' and officials' access area, in the list of names and photographs put up, Kulkarni was put on the team management sheet that included Team India's non-playing staff like coach Duncan Fletcher, Team Director Ravi Shastri, among others. Dhawal bowls at around 125-130k. Does not extract any bounce, nor have I heard any accounts of him swinging the ball. Very unlikely that he would be of any use on these pitches. What helped his case was his performance in the Sri Lanka series where he ended up taking some lower order batters' wickets while they were slogging. The selectors should have taken the conditions into account. No match practice in Australia as well
