His batting is clikcing right now, so not many have reacted to his captaincy but there will be a time that emotions will get into his captaincy and his batting form. He needs to give away the captaincy and just bat. Even if it means captaincy going to a less ordinary player. I think Faf will be the most likely candidate as he has captained SoutH Africa recently.

Imagine your country has never reached a world cup final let alone win it. England atleast reached final and faltered at the final hurdle. SA also has passionate fans just that we don't see much on social network . Sheer feeling of watching your team in the final is quiet an exciting prospect. It was their best chance. Format suited them very much.

Its been almost 40 years their team is reaching Semi finals and then losing it .they broke that jinx ,can't imagine how happy they are feeling

Sometimes captaincy is also about not doing, and giving it to the players. That is why Dhoni is one of the greatest ever captains. Sterling team in bilaterals but choking or poor team in tournaments. Even if they held on to their catches, they could have won it.
