PBN Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 As cliched and simple it may sound, the indian bowlers need to create pressure from both ends. A few dot balls and the batsman feels the pressure to play a big shot. Anderson felt the need to go for a big one after facing 3-4 dots in the NZ SA game and eventually got out. It's whoever can cope with the pressure and playing according to the game situation will come out on top. Hoping that Ashwin keeps it tight and his variation in loop and speed can bring out a few false strokes from the batsman :wizard:
Roshanrocks Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 Thank God, no one said.. Maxwell wont get a chance to bat.. :haha: Ooops I did :nervous:

You want to continue and know out the last one as well? :giggle:

sensible-indian Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 If Ashwin faces Maxwell and wins, my respect for him would go up 100X. Don't ask about the odds though. :))
sensible-indian Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Got that wicket of an illegal dodgy doosra.
maniac Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 The biggest battle is Johnson vs rohit....remember last time rohit asked Johnson how many wicked he got ? :hysterical:....mentally broke Johnson....has never been the same bowler since :cantstop:
maniac Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Got that wicket of an illegal dodgy doosra. Is that what's being said elsewhere :winky:
Marut Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Dominating Ashwin on 50m IPL grounds and 60% bigger Australian grounds are different things. AB has demolished even Steyn in IPL, and IPL is not a true indicator of any "bunnyisms".
sensible-indian Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Is that what's being said elsewhere :winky: Yes....but sadly everything he bowls is considered dodgy by some. :haha: Things have died down for now.

Marut Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Whom do you think will win the battle if they face each other? No idea. Ashwin isn't the same bowler in this WC. Maxwell faces bigger odds compare to the IPL. Both guys are in good form and it would be a good contest. India should use Ashwin early in the innings and allow him to settle into a rhythm. Ashwin should not be bowling his early spells to Maxwell. Once you lose the first round against Maxwell it is difficult to make a comeback. India should target Maxwell with pacers and if Ashwin bowls to him, it should not be Ashwin's first spell.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 ashwin got maxwell in the world t20 i think
