In a criminal case, the plaintiff doesn't bring the charge. It is bought by the State or People against the defendant. So, she can't withdraw the case at her whim & fancy,

Though not technically a "withdrawal", the case was more or less going to be a stalemate as there wouldn't have been any evidence to indict Rubel.

Are you serious dude? This is the biggest bullshyt rape charge in the history of all rape charges. She's just scorned because he did not marry her. She decided to spread her legs to trap this guy in to marriage so she can elevate her own pathetic social status. She should be jailed for making mockery of actual rape victims and real rape cases.
