Saurav Ganguly all set to become either Director or Coach of Indian cricket team

Are the support staff also going to change.I would like to see Amre,Robin Singh,Bond as support staff.If Bond wants to stay with his family ,then Andy Bichel can also be considered ass bowling coach

Ganguly will be a worse option as coach. During his time, his fitness was always suspect. How can we expect him to keep players on toe about their fitness? Ganguly while accurately rated for his aggressive captaincy but his tactical nous was never that great. Also he always had his own clique as a captain and used to ignore players he didn't liked or thought were not that good though others might have had a different opinion about player. An example is Murali Karthik. He never got to play much games just because Ganguly didn't rated left arm spinners that much. Also Ganguly was full of superstitious belief in dressing room and had a nervous negative body language during difficult sessions of play in games. All this makes me believe he won't be the best choice as coach. May be he might be better suited for director position. But even on that count, players seems to prefer Shastri to continue

ganguly as a director is a great choice as I believe his captaincy skills were special and he was the one who brot in Zaheer from no where and asked srinath to hold on his retirement. I believe his comments and advise are also special and I believe he will succeed to inspire and motivate the bowlers and batsman- secondly I guess he supports pace bowlers. but I do think that he may bring back DINDA....not sure whether Dinda is capable enough to make a comeback.

Bowling coach is the most important thing aspect does the manager get to pick his own bowling coach or is it BCCI's choice. Bangar was getting lot of props last year, has he taken any hit this year?

Dada had his faults and will have some in whatever role he plays but was one of the really good things that happened to Indian cricket, player & captain. This is what IPL has done. It brought regionalism and people care more about their state than nation.Me CSK fan, I am a dada suppporter, we are Mumbai lobby etc. Lets stop this guys and support India. I was very happy under Dhoni Srini era as long as they produced results. And I will be equally happy with Dalmiya Ganguly era if they produce results for India. At the end of the day that is the bottom line, isn't it? CSK fans also need to understand Srini Dhoni ruled one decade and I personally was one of the biggest Dhoni fans. But everything comes with an expiry date. Its time for a change in vision and you all should welcome it rather than criticizing.
