Anitha Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 picking binny means picking 4.5 bowlers and picking bhuvi means picking 5 bowlers- binny is a far better batsman than bhuvi... if bhuvi is picked - it is nearly assured that he would take a wicket with the new ball where as he wud be average with the old ball but Yes he cud offer some 20 to 30 runs with the Bat. where as Binny cud even score a 100.... You have been against BK from day 1 and make different excuses every time

G_B_ Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 the thing about bhuvi is that he seems to put a premium on his wicket even with the bat... does not throw it away and seems to be a lot more defensive minded so he does not play lose strokes.

Bhuvi was ground to dust on the England Test tour by Dhoni and after that his pace and performance dropped alarmingly, the pace dropped to 105-115 KPH from his usual 125-135 KPH. But now, he is back to good fitness and able to bowl at his earlier pace, should replace Binny as fifth bowler.
