Raina declared his admiration for Kumar’s words on his Facebook page on Friday, after he watched the speech. He said that Kumar’s speech, which took pot shots at the government as well as some media organisations, was a ‘beauty’.Raina said in a post of Facebook, “#kanhaiya on @ndtv right now… Beauty!!! Can just feel the honesty in every word..Respect him true fighter and honest man salute you.” Raina’s post has got over 23,000 Likes and has been shared over 3,000 times. Kumar had delivered a speech which was full of sarcasm and wit, as well as loaded with clever anecdotes. Kumar had taken pot shots at the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as the police, which failed to protect him. Add to it the down-home, Bhojpuri (or similar) common-man accent and he turns into a pied piper who can say anything and get away with it. I must say I enjoyed his speech.
