Iconoclast Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 Some confirmation bias going on here. Ozzies were mostly behind India after the incident and hence their reviews tended to be more hopeful. I think you will find the winning team has a better won review percentage then the losing one.

Maybe but the percentages do raise some eyebrows. How can you go from 9/16 to 1/12? Again possible but then...... Ultimate_Game and Masquerade 2

Hope they get caught again and English media roasts them. As far as BCCI and Indian media are concerned, subjugation to white people and IPL Compulsions got the better of cheating issue. But this has allowed Aussies (would rather call them Wussies) to throw as much muck on Kohli as possible, led by the CA chief.... bhai the Poms themselves cheat, now both teams will make sure the DRS rules are followed properly in the Ashes.
goose Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 i'm no lawyer but that stat hardly constitutes proof. a cheeky sledge sure nothing more than that.
FanofMichaelJackson Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 (edited) I wonder how many of the 9/16 were LBWs because when it comes to edges a batsman doesn't need to take help from the dressing room. He knows if he edged it or not like Jadeja, today. But when it comes to LBWs, a batsman or a bowler may not be entirely sure and may want to take outside help. If a lot of them were LBWs then it's a pretty solid circumstantial evidence against them. Edited March 27, 2017 by FanofMichaelJackson
G_B_ Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 Its no proof but it does raise the alarm. I think every team in the world is going to be on the look out for Smiith and Aussies for looking at the balcony. Just like an extra eye is going to be on Faf working on the cricket ball for ball tampering. Not only this. But it will be nice to see what the DRS stats for Aussies one year before and one year after the incidents area. They would have played their home season in December where they usually dominate. So it will balance out the being behind so asking in hope for a review. Ultimate_Game 1

Surely if our commentators know this, better pass it on to our players. We need to have a proper investigation. Kohli had so much muck thrown at him by Oz media for no reason. Surely we have to retaliate even if CoA supports Smith/CA on this one. Saw that... Gavaskar said that in response to Oz media going after Kohli. Gollum 1

Ultimate_Game Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 I wonder what CA's boss says when shown the DRS stats after the "brain fade"... maybe he can start with saying "sorry" since he knows the spellings so well What a bunch of cheats the Aussies are and losing despite cheating Gollum and Lannister 2

In Ranchi they were in a dominating position quite a few times, even in Dharamsala.
