A 7 year old girl was murdered in Pakistan but why isn't international media lambasting them same way as India was in 2012 Nirbhaya case?

Another one looking for point scoring and making India look like angels. Whilst you are on the subject, Pakistan is below India, Bang & Afg according to official stats on child abuse. US being right at the top.

As I stated before, this is a worldwide disease that needs to be combated to protect our children. It’s not about who is who, or who is better. Peodhiles have no values or humanity. So quit the cr@p talk.

If you know anything about sexual crimes, you should know then that stats are not representational : sexual crimes are the most under-reported crimes of all, especially in societies with very strict moral codes and precedence of violence against women. Its no surprise that Pakistan scores below India & Bangladesh due to this, despite having far higher prevalence of child marriage, sexual abuse, etc. in most realistic estimations ( and these are not Indian estimations, but western NGO estimations).
Some may be surprised by the Afghans over-reporting it compared to Pakistan, but if I were to put a reason for it, it'd most likely be the far greater presence of western charities in Afghanistan compared to  Paksitan (thus, the victims having greater access to outlets) and the fact that Tajiks and Hazaras are way less 'stone the woman for being raped' compared to Pashtuns, Baloch and Punjabis.

If you think Paedophiles have no value to humanity.

I agree, it's lowly to score a point with such heinous incidence.

In case of Pakistan ... Religion plays a big role in Frustration.

Just imagine, if you are not able to see a woman, or to talk with a woman for years (whole of your life), then for sure there will be lot of frustration in you.

Result is rape of thousands of children in the Madrassas (while Moulvies are the most frustrated group on the planet earth).

In Pashtoon areas, again there are places where you would be unable to see women for weeks or months. Result is this that Pashtoons became more interested in young boys.

Another proof of frustration is this that Google Trends showing that Islamic Countries are always at the top in search for pornography.

Conclusion is this whenever you go against the Nature, they you will pay the price.

PS:

Although stats show that US is at top when it comes to rape, but the figures are deceiving, while in Pakistan 99% cases of rape are not reported.

Worst thing is this that according to the Islamic Sharia if woman claims for being raped, then she also has to bring the 4 witnesses, otherwise she becomes guilty. This is really worst thing that could happen to any woman.

Moreover, in US even wife also claims for being raped if her husband misuses her without her consent. While in Pakistan (according to Islam) husband is totally allowed to rape his wife against her will.

+1

Also why we see so many of these babas and Catholic priests frequently caught in sexual abuse/pedophilia cases. Extremism in any form is ban, like you said total abstention will invariably let these urges out in much more perverse ways. Buddha preached the middle way of moderation and that is how it should be.

And marital rape needs a serious look into, but I think it will be decades before any South Asian 3rd world country will give the matter its due importance. In India we often have regressive statements by our political class as far as marital rape is concerned.

If you think Paedophiles have no value to humanity, then maybe you should introspect on your faith that glorifies a so-called prophet who was a paedophile.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had many wives. Most of them were widows (some widows twice) and quite a few of them older than him. All this at a time when the norm was girls in the age 9-13 getting married. It still is in some backward parts of the Muslim world.

One must also remember that most of the marriages were political alliances. IIRC, apart from Aisha and Maria, all the other wives were widows.

Taking a historical figure and judging him on the basis of 21st century morals isn't fair. Obviously, if there were to be a prophet today, he wouldn't find much resonance with the masses if he were to get married to a child.

'norm' is a poor argument for divinity. If there is a God and morality comes from God, then morality is absolute through the ages. Not subject to 'Times and traditions'.

So if God sanctions his prophet to have sex with a child, its absolute. Not subject to whether it's 2018 Ad or 600 Ad.

The fact that we find sex with a minor scientifically and one ethically abhorrable but Islam sanctioned it for its prophet is the most clear-cut evidence of Islam having nothing to do with God.

I wouldn't club us with Pakistan on this one.

Marital rape is a crime in India. Failure to lodge an FIR wrt marital rape can get the police officer suspended/fined or even incarcerated. All subject to a fast track enquiry. At least on paper.

Not sure if marital rape is a crime in Pakistan. But there have been instances in Pakistan, as late as the 2000s, where the courts ( regular courts and not the khap panchayat/ majlis equivalent) have 'ordered' the husband to rape the wife to teach her a lesson. Asma Jehangir has taken up the cause of many such women.

However, you are right that as societies, we both have a long way ahead in eradicating this evil.

I digress anyways,

RIP Zainab

May the perpetrator(s) get the maximum punishment of the land.

I'm not arguing about 'divinity'. That is a question of faith. I was arguing about the 'paedophile' tag.

Using your line of reasoning, most men in Arabia were paedophiles.

I am afraid Miss Mariyam that Muslim Scholars are not telling the truth about prophet Muhammad. Real facts are:

(1) Prophet Muhammad got "23 slave women" too for SEX. Those slave women were young, beautiful and obedient. Thus he didn't need young wives for sex.

(2) And among wives too, he got some of the most "Beautiful" women. The reason for marriage was ONLY their Beauty, and not the political one.

(3) JUWAYRIAH became slave in the battle and was given in possession of another Companion of Prophet Muhammad. But she was very beautiful. When Prophet Muhammad saw her, he paid for her and made her a wife.
You see, she was already a slave and got no political importance with her. Reason for marriage was only her beauty.

Muslims deceive by saying that Prophet Muhammad married only one virgin girl (i.e. Aisha) and rest were political marriages. But they are wrong as Prophet Muhammad married other women for their beauty, even if they were not the virgins, but they were most beautiful women in Arab at that time.

(4) Then comes SAFFIYA.

Prophet Muhammad killed his father, husband and brother in the war of Khaiber and made her a slave.

The next night, when she became pure of monthly blood, then Prophet Muhammad compelled her to have sex with her. Two companions were standing whole night at the door of tent with swords in their hands so that if Saffiya disobeys Prophet Muhammad, then they kill her.

Prophet Muhammad fell in love with her while she was extremely beautiful. But she hated him for killing his father, husband and brother. Prophet Muhammad offered her freedom from slavery if she stopped hating him. And Saffiya agreed as she had no other choice while whole of her family was killed.

Just imagine how hard that night would have been for the poor Saffiya when Prophet Muhammad compelled her for sex just the next night after killing her father, husband and brother? Do you see any "Humanity" in this act?

Licence to rape the slave women is in itself evil enough, but Muslim apologists come up with excuse that it was the NORM of that time.

But Muslims should look at Buddha who abolished the Bazars of slavery 1200 years before advent of Islam. (Actually Buddha preached against slavery, and when his follower Ashoka became the King, he abolished the Bazars of slavery).

Secondly, raping a women just after killing her relatives is even bigger crime. Even the JEWS and Christians of that era (who lived along with Prophet Muhammad in Madina at that time didn't rape the women just after capturing them. Bible stipulates that whole 30  days should be given to the captured women to weep for her killed relatives, and only after that she could be "married".

Please note the difference, although Bible too allows having sex with the captured slave woman, but it is a form of marriage i.e. after that the sex she will be counted as a wife and could not be sold any further.

But Islam is extremely worst while it allows to rape the slave women, and after fulfilment of sexual urges she could be sold to another master so that he could also rape and then sell her to the 3rd master ....

Please also note, Saffiya was also initially given in the possession of another Companion of Prophet Muhammad. But then some people described the beauty of Saffiya to Prophet. Upon that Prophet Muhammad "traded" with that companion and gave him "7  Salve Women" in exchange for Saffiya (Ref: Sahih Muslim).

I have got 100% References to all the facts that I pointed above. If you need any reference, please just ask me.

(5) Lastly, Quran even allows the marriage with minor girls of 2 years or even younger. And husbands are allowed to derive sexual pleasure from the babies by undressing them, kissing their naked bodies and if she is 4 or 5 years old, then by letting them to masturbate them.

And penetration is allowed at age of 6, 7 or 8 when husband feels that she could bear it.

Aisha was lucky that she had to provide the sex service only after the age of 9 years, while the real Islamic Sharia orders are much worse when a baby could be married too and she has to provide the sex services to the husband.

Please also note that marriage was consummated when Aisha was 9 years old, but  Aisha was given in "NIKAH" when she was only 6 years old. According to Islamic Sharia, there is NO need of asking for consent of minor girls while they are married to men.

Again I have all the references. Please feel free to ask for all of them.

yes, many were. Though without direct evidence, I am skeptical of believing the claim that a society at any point had majority of men who'd be classified as paedophiles by modern standard (which in most of the world is sex with kids below the age of 14).

I am simply pointing out that the defence of a religious prophet, who apparently represents the ultimate creator's will (if such a being actually exists), on the basis of 'it was ok then, but not ok now' is a spurious argument to the concept of divinity. It means God either changed the rules ( which there is no evidence of - no book of religion mentions for eg, that it was ok to have slaves in the past but will be outlawed by God in the future (as in present) or that it'd be ok to have sex with 9 year olds but in future it will be seen as corrupt) or God is inconsistent. Which fundamentally clashes with the idea that God is all-knowing and rational.

@Alam_dar

Thanks man. Fortunately or unfortunately, I too knew few/all of those (not may be in that detail), but i am neither good at posting nor am i Muslim, Infact i was warned by mods from this site for posting something similar, Hence all i used to say is, Islamic apologists will be the first one to be culled if real Shariya is implemented, And since there are so few educated modern apologists, they will be outnumbered.

Status of Middle east is prime example. If it isnt about west/UN, whole of middle east and rest of Muslim world will be following true Shariyat.
