In retrospect, it clearly is a wasted attempt. Im not talking about meiyappan or ambani here. Im pointing my gun at the legal profession. I have enough information for a guy like me about the "law of the Land" and "the law of maritime admiralty" and how a casino that is illegal on land can be put on a boat in the sea and consider it legal. This is how legality works. The legal profession aims to circumvent the law for big shot people by finding loopholes in the law. Thats why I said legality is not lawfulness. Laws and courts are so uncivilized and an unnecessary burden on the tax payer. Every dispute should be settled over a game of chess. Or antakshari perhaps? It takes 20 years or so to solve a simple ownership of property case. People will rather have hitmen (pardon the pun ) driving off the illegal possessor of land than going to court. If you live close to an MLA, Lawyer, builder or Marwari and other type of people of that ilk and you are living abroad, you have risk of them possessing your land by having a paid guy pitching his tent in your house. You are then better to give the land away for pennys on the dollar amount rather than spend 20 years in the court and having to come whenever the court summons you.
