Modi's silence spoke more words than his speech...World wide outrage was needed for him to speak...Why he was silent,what made him silent..who made him silent...Conspiracy theories are plenty.But Modi's silence...?

His silence reminded me of Trump's denial defensiveness after a white suprmacist gun violence....

I know it hurts as a Hindu,when the world wide media mocks slams our country and religion based on this incident..But still covering up is not the solution..Coveting ups,constant denials,ostrich attitude,conspiracy theories,what abouteries have made Islam as a religion constant target of various phobias...Bhakths got angry when Assaram Bappu got arrested and they started protest too...We have so many crooks and criminals as head of variosu religious institution...if they are criminals, they should be dealt with ,.simply.what i noticed in this scenario was

Plan A : Covering up...

Plan B : Protesting over arrest

Plan C : Lawyers riot

Plan D : Conspiracy theories (becasue of world wide attention and outrage)

The whole world woke up in April, when the crime happened in Jan and this was reported in Feb. No one cared to go out candlelught vigils

http://www.opindia.com/2018/02/hindus-flee-jammu-village-torture-harassment-children-by-police-exodus/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

As per Vijay Sharma, the Hindu Ekta Manch’s president, the accused were never supported by them and a fair investigation needed to be carried out restore the people’s faith in the administration. He alleged that the crime branch was only interested to hear one viewpoint and was also implicating youths in false cases. He thus alleged that these developments were part of a bigger communal game.

The villagers allege that the police and the administration are working under political pressure. As per them, a class XI student was called for questioning twice, besides that, an elderly father and his son were allegedly pressurised to record their statements based on directives by the crime branch.

----

Look at how the narrative was changed by the likes of Bdutt writing to WaPo ..calling Hindu nationalists were supporting the accused.

The only people promoting "conspiracies" are the people who are trying to prevent a CBI inquiry.

Thinking that India should run on a kanagroo court basis based on outraged by journalists/actors/politicians is a joke in itself...

All people should support the proper authorities... if I understand correctly, CBI is the Indian version of FBI, so they should be given teh cases so the truth comes out... it is very strange seeing people dont trust their own CBI...

CBI was criticised for being in alliance with the respective govt by the Supreme court..Not much credibility left for that organisation...The culprits are so confident that it would never see the light,''initial cover up'' explains it...Then the media and crime branch spoiled it and now crying..If there are no evidences against the accused why would bar council stop police officials,they can fight it on the court and took them out...Why such obstruction..too many things that lack connectivity...

If CBI is corrupt then so is Supreme Court (as alleged by 3 judges who held a conference in January).

Who should we trust then?

Looks like the only one who believes in conspiracy theories here is You. The girl should definitely get insaf but what is wrong with a CBI inquiry? How you a keyboard warrior so sure of the guilty of the accused? Why not let the real authorities investigate the matter properly? What makes you so confident about the whole incident?

Surely corruption is every where and Judges could also be corrupt and they may also be politically biased.

Nevertheless, it is the "level" of corruption/biased attitude, which is way less in the "judiciary" as compared to the "CBI".

Judiciary runs very much free of government. While government has much more control over the agencies like CBI.

Therefore, judiciary is normally much more trusted than federal run government agencies.

In this particular Asifa's case, demanding CBI means that not only the Police Crime branch is not trusted, but the Judiciary is also not trusted.

 If the investigations by the crime branch is full of holes, then it could be easily proven in the court and there demand could be made for any other agency like  the CBI.

But issue arises when "mob" starts deciding at it's own if the investigation should be trusted or not. It is the domain of the Judiciary/Court, and not the mob.

Therefore, demanding CBI while excluding the Judiciary, is against the Indian law and making mockery of it.

This is why this question becomes irrelevant "what is wrong if CBI investigates". There may be nothing wrong, but this decision should come from the Court, and not by the political mob.

Based on this chargesheet, Bollywood celebs are tweeting with placards, saying I am ashamed of Hindustan, rape happened in Devi -sthan. etc.. misplaced outrage in this election year.

if this is the level of investigation, why is it wrong to ask for a CBI probe? Unnao case gets a CBI probe, how come Kathua gets a fast track kangaroo court in J&K?

I am afraid that this lady has not done the justice.

Please don't believe in this lady and read and analyse the report yourself.

1st Doubt: Drugs were kept under a heap of garbage

It was an unnecessary doubt, while:

(1) The kid was indeed Drugged. It is not the Crime Branch, but it is the advanced laboratory in Delhi which is confirming it.

From Report:
//

The Medical opinion also established the fact that the victim had been kept without food and administered sedatives
//

Therefore, Crime Branch could not be blamed for telling a lie here.

But for sure a lie was told earlier by the accused police officer who made the story that she was kept in the "shed" by the young boy, who was neither in position of buying the drug at his own or so wise at his own to give them to the kid girl.

(2) During investigation the said strip containing two tablets was recovered from near the Devisthan.

So, may I ask whom do you believe now? The Crime Branch or the accused police officer?

2nd Doubt: The washed Clothes

Once again a very unnecessary doubt, while:

(1) Clothes could be washed along with the body. They are not needed to be taken off and then again put on.

(2) Once again it is not the Crime Branch, but the "advanced Laboratory in Delhi" which found out the proofs:

From the Report:
//

Notwithstanding the fact that accused police officials SI Datta and Tilak Raj had made all efforts to destroy the evidence by washing the clothes worn by the deceased and FSL Srinagar could not frame any opinion on the basis of examination of the washed clothes but to the ill luck of accused the FSL Delhi with updated technology was able to confirm the presence of blood stains on the Frock-Shalwar of the victim which matched with the DNA profile of the victim. DNA profiling also established presence of victim’s blood on the vaginal smears. During investigation the opinion on various exhibits referred to FSL has been obtained. Besides, post mortem report of dead body was also obtained. On the strength of opinion furnished by the experts it has been confirmed that hymen of the deceased was not found intact and lacerations on vulva of the vagina were also observed, besides blood stained discharge was found inside vagina of the deceased.

As per the report of medical experts the victim was found prima-facie raped before being killed. Furthermore, investigations in this regard have established that the victim was raped by more than one accused with common intention.

//

So, do you still believe in the report of accused police officer SI Datta, or in the report of Crime Branch/FSL Delhi?

3rd Doubt: Why only one hair of girl found in Devisthan?

(1) While they could also wash the Devisthan to remove the proofs.

(2) While Crime Branch inspected the Devisthan after several days/weeks. Initially it was the accused police officer who didn't investigated the devisthan.

(3) And drugs were also found near the Devisthan.

(4) There is lot more to it, which you could read in the report. For example:

//

During investigation call details of mobile phones used by the accused persons were obtained from concerned quarters. The CDRs obtained have prima facie established the individual and common locations of all the accused in and around the scene of crime on crucial dates of occurrence. The analysis of CDRs of accused Deepak Khajuria revealed that he had remained in constant touch with one Surinder Kumar, who two is posted as SPO along with accused Deepak Kumar in Police Station Hiranagar from the date of kidnapping of the victim. This necessitated the questioning of said Surinder Kumar who was summoned and questioned but he could not give any plausible and tangible explanation regarding his telephonic conversation with accused Deepak Khajuria and a sudden spike in their frequency despite of the fact that accused Deepak Khajuria had disclosed that he had send Surinder Kumar to ascertain the movement of Bakarwals in and around Devisthan on 14-01-2018 and also to inform him regarding the condition of victim who then was held in captivity in Devisthan. In response to which said Surinder Kumar visited the Devisthan and conveyed to him regarding the movement of Bakarwals and condition of the victim. Besides, some of the witnesses examined under section 161CrPC corroborated regarding the movement/presence of Surinder Kumar in and around said Devisthan. Said Surinder Kumar was accordingly arrested and is presently in judicial custody.

//

Crime branch may fabricate the false statements.

But these "Telephonic Conversations" come under "solid proofs" which Crime Branch could not fabricate at it's own.

Therefore, I don't see any proof by Hindu Ekta Manjh and their supporters when they claim that 1st report by accused police officer SI Datta to be truthful, while the 2nd report of Crime Branch to be fabricated one.
