The selectors and establishment have lost perspective and infusion of talent is neglected and stagnation is the norm.

Process started by ignorant Dhoni and we have forgotten how to find or develop another Sachin but rather wanna think and select like England of old and we know where it led them.

Unleash the next gen, get over the done n dusted Dhongis, Yuvi, Raina, Dhawan in test and Kartiks.

We have such an astounding next gen cricketers that will take our team to the next level.

Khaleel a left armer who can touch 150 clicks, athletic, tall can move the ball and has shown he can hang with the big boys.

Siraj picked up in the wrong format and has shown he can bowl jaffa's and wkt taking balls out of no where, bowl the channel and bowl quick.

Mavi, Nagarkotti I haven't seen any one like them at that age, well could announce our golden age as far as bowling g talent and ability to bat as well.

Shaw , Gill, Sarfaraz exceptional talent and Agarwal has found his mojo and is technical batsmen.

Ishan Kishan ,Pant great options as keeper bats.

Would love too see S Gopal given a chance as well .

To be fair im happy they atleast put Shaw and vihari. But there's no player right now on all of India more ready to get an India cap right now than Siraj and im extremely disappointed not to see him there. I daresay he's more valuable than quite a few of the players already in the squad . I would've also liked DK replaced by Kishan. He has no future in the longer formats.

I was really looking forward to see Siraj in England. But the morons we have for the selectors are one useless incompetent bunch.

Ganguly, Border and some good coaches and captains started taking a positive and fresh approach and this brought about the upswing in our team fortunes but Dhoni was a curse as a test captain and captain in general, never developed any player or had vision or even had belief we could win test as he couldn't play well in test and ignored talent big time.

Kohli has a lot of belief, wants to win but has to learn how to punt n pick on good players , age doesn't matter a Khalil , Siraj,Shaw, Sarfaraz, Rahul, Pandya can be game changers which a Dhawan ,Raina ,Ishant ,Jadeja will never be in Test.

What happened to Aniket Chaudhury a very tall left armer who had performance in domestics, pace, bounce ,he was ignored ,Pankaj Singh just given one test.

Who on Earth thinks a Unadkat, Khulkarni, Shardul or Kaul will ever cut it in int cricket, morons.

Rajpoot, Saini, Siraj, Khalil, Mavi ,Nagarkotti, Sangwan, Aniket should be looked at , I would even keep an eye on  Varun Aaron.

Mayank agrwal is hack, no proper footwork or technique, also looks like a mental midget, just poor mans sehwagh, I can bet you he won't do a * at international level no matter how he performs in domestics.

Sunder, well yet to see his batting, his bowling looks average to me.

I would like to add  k. Gowtham  in place of these two, a genuine hitter of the ball and  handy offspinner , I see aggression of kumble in him and hardwork of srinath, age is not on his side but still he can be an asset, However agree with rest others you mentioned.

The selectors are selecting some fantastic A-teams and B-teams.

Most of the top talents ...  Shaw, Gill, Vihari, Siraj, Rajpoot, Saini, Khaleel, Prasidh, Mavi, Krunal, Gowtham etc.  are all getting their chances.

Nagarkoti is injured.

The Vinays and Dindas are out of the picture.

The non-selection of some players in the national team is almost surely due to our Team management not wanting many new players.

The selections of Shaw and  Vihari are impressive.  The queue system has been broken and Shaw has got in and not Mayank. That is the right step as Shaw comes across as more suited to test cricket.

I think this selection panel deserves an extention.

There have been some poor selections though ... like Kaul  in ODIs,  Shardul in tests,  Pandey in T20Is,  no taller and quick bowlers in ODIs, Rahul dropped from an earlier ODI squad.

Rayudu and Raina in ODIs must be due to Kohli wanting them.

The biggest issue I had with this committee is the queue system they were following.  Someone who entered the selection fray earlier, got his chance earlier, even though a much better talent has come up in the meantime.  This seems to be broken with Shaw being selected over Mayank.

You should commend recent A&B team selection as said by Xpress, Just look at the pace quartet of 4 day team. Always same 4-5 pacers selected and they are best at current. That's. A very good vision by them.

One 18 yr old made it India 11. Another 18 yr old is in both one day &4 day A team.

I feel very soon Khalil will be in LOI  side. I am Ok even if he is hammered as Siraj. Will learn his weakness and will come back better bowler.
