This reflects mindset of Dhoni: He is worried abut getting exposed against domestic bowlers. There is nothing like taking spot of young player, because so many Indian players in past have gotten back to Ranji Side. Dhoni isn't the person who really cares about taking over someone's spot, as he has already blocked spot of Pant. I hope selectors take it to heart and kick him out of team, but again who i am kidding. They will bend over for him in a second.

Wasn't the actual purpose of domestic matches to identify players for nation or help the out of form national players to get back to form again ?

Dhoni is struggling to bat, he should have played this matches before the Windies series.

The selection committee should have made it compulsory for the players to play in the VH trophy

If Jharkhand was playing important Final,this chindichor would have surely agreed to play so that His PR can brag about his guidance and what not. Now there is no credit to take away from,He doesn't want to disrupt team balance.

Even a newborn's crying pattern is inconsistent than this leechad's consistent tactics.

The national selection committee was left deeply embarrassed after Mahendra Singh Dhoni declined to play Vijay Hazare Trophy quarter-finals for Jharkhand on Sunday despite chairman MSK Prasad’s public announcement couple of days back

 

Dhoni knows this selection committee can't take any action against him.

If he can throw Mohinder Amaranth out of the selection committee,who this Prasad is for him.

 

If Prasad has any dignity he should take some action against him.

 

Dhoni is clearly struggling to put bat to ball & he doesn't want to play VH matches before the Odi series.

 

Karun and Vijay were reprimanded for talking against their non selection but here they won't utter a word

This is one of the most inept, ball-less, useless selection committee in Indian history. They should just resign to avoid more humilation and let Kohli and Dhoni decide everything openly
