They are blaming Carlos for questioning the umpire and saying that delay shifted the momentum in favor of WI leading to their loss. Otherwise they were cruising to the victory.

He had 100% right to question that shoddy umpire considering he got 2 no ball wrong in the same over. Sh*t hole umpiring if you aske me. Should investigate to see if he took money to change the outcome of the game.

But instead of questioning that Bangladeshi fans are criticizing Carlos' behavior, calling his outrage a mind game with the delay and hoping ICC takes action against him.

Not justchange the outcome...it could be spot fixing.  

Now you will not need the players to bowl no ball at a certain time.....the umpire can do the job....kuch bhi bow karo..no ball dega.

 

Icc needs to look at this and also male nevessary changes.
