And they aren't all Bimaru states like some oversmart people above are claiming, do you know the number of graduates leaving central India for places like Pune or indeed down South? If the Southies are so smart why the * don't they fill these positions themselves? Pretty much half my class mates from school, college are out of state or abroad. It's either inferiority complex, wrt Hindi, or something to do with their languages being more important than one India!
