They don't really what make them look good and neither do they care. Look at kohli's pre-superstar pics. He is very average looking. Now he looks good. Why? Because he makes effort to look good with all the money and stylists at his expense and because he is public celebrity. To cut long story short, Indian men lack fashion or style sense. It's not color or ugly facial features which is the issue because color doesn't matter much and Indians still have sharp and decent facial structure.
