You are looking at the wrong way. Jaddu was not picked as an "all rounder". He is the third spinner. Jadhav is a bowler only recently. So he is not the all rounder either. Him bowling is a bonus for us. He learnt how to bowl only recently. Only guy who is considered as an all rounder and selected was Vijay Shankar after his decent outings with ball, bat and fielding. They are not similar players at all.
