Nope, not severe acute respiratory syndrome but Spin All Rounders (SARs) though these players are known to cause severe stomach induced pain and brain haemorrhage with their mundane ability to just dart the balls in when bowling

 

they can bat aggressively, are part of modern game belief which mandates requirement for a dasher/basher in lower middle order who can also provide flexibility to twirl the ball to control run-rate and pick up odd wicket in the middle overs

 

others may come to the fore - Jaddu, Santner, Shakib, Rashid, Nabi

Yep, that's why called.them SARs, like recent virus, and no medicines to get rid of them lol

I love Jaddu the test cricketer.  But he's a pure panauti in WC.  Screwed us in the 2010 WC with his fielding and bowling -  I was there in Barbados to suffer it live.  Then screwed us with his "batting" the next T20 WC, when the great captain Dhoni decided to promote him ahead of Yuvraj and Yusuf - both of them in-prime and fearsome hitters, in a must-win game against England.  

 

WC and Jaddu is a bad, bad combo.
