Agree. Back in the day, due to affordability issues, limited permission used to be given. Now, the richest cricket board can easily afford to allow for the entirety of the tour.

Here vikrant gupta tells the story and other ask who was it senior or senior most.....vikrant says senior which means- it cud be among rohit, dhawan, kohli........i think rohit wife was seen in most games so has to be rohit

But the question is whether she stayed with Rohit or in separate hotel

CoA doesn't care about the corruption in cricket.

Doesn't care about the influence of sejdah and pandey  and other management groups in the team selection .

Doesn't care about conflict of interest that these issues bring...but they care about which guy's wife overstayed and how that can be used in the power game with players.

 

This COA was  supposed to fix the rot in Indian cricket...instead it has become the rot of Indian cricket . CoA is the perfect example of how power corrupts people.

If it was Rohit, it would be good idea to allow her to stay with Rohit in all tours. The guy was in beast form in the tournament. Although lucky, the knock against SA was different level.

Absolutely! It is time to get rid of prudish rules. If a cricketer feels happy to have his family with him, allow them to be with him. Top tennis players fly their entire entourage with them and do just fine. To think that family is a distraction is stupidity.
