The power is generated more from the hips, catapulted through the arm. However, this action takes a toll on the back. More front on action means that your pace is generated more from your arms/ arm strength. This is an easier approach and puts less stress on the back. Ideally the taller bowlers normally take the front on action, which also enhances their bounce. I would expect a slight drop in pace, since the catapult effect could be gone. Knowing Nagarkotti and his willingness to bowl fast, I would think he would find a way to operate at optimum pace. Vk1, Mosher, tweaker and 2 others 5

maniac Posted October 31, 2019 Posted October 31, 2019 Question who oversees the rehab process, not the medical rehab but the cricketing rehab, getting back the technique,bowling action etc etc. Is this under the watch of Rahul Dravid and NCA or does he work with his own coaches?
