There are such super fans. Remember that chacha from Chicago who owns Gareeb Nawaz restaurant in Devon street.

 

He is a Pakistani But wife is from India   but also a huge fan of MSD. I guess chacha brought his way into Dhoni’s heart with Biryanis :) they do make a good Biryani there @velu

I hope that he gives “free” rides to Australian cricketers i.e. players from the country he has immigrated too .... and that is a higher form of appreciation, IMO

Sachin was such a vibrant personality in this aspect, he has written in detail about foods he had in all countries he toured like alligator meat in Kenya, tribal way of barbecuing meat in Zimbabwe, he went on to describe keema parathas and lassi in greater detail than facing Waqar and Wasim as if they were not that important.

So am not very cultural but my brown homies tends to call each other desi - so I'd assume desi was reffered to all east asians. Wrong to assume that?
