The good thing about this defeat is, at least it’s not a heartbreak, close defeat. It’s a proper demolition job.

There were moments.  1st innings before Vihari threw it away.  2nd innings when NZ was 8 down and we could have had a 65 run lead.

Eventual scoreline is one thing.  We had our chances, and failed to grab on.

Rahane will go back to his Fluid Dynamics textbook and figure out bernoulli's theorem and turbulent/laminar flow to avoid overthinking in future while he is facing a 120 kph swinging ball.

Should he not need Geometry classes for acute/obtuse angles so he can come back and angle better?

Pakistani and Bangladeshs would at least score 250 here. Can’t blame the pitch every time.

Those guys n SL player bat better then us on spungy pitches or even slow tracks.... We have stroke players who prefer true pitches. They ll prefer a pacy wkt over a spungy pitch any day

Jaha ball fass ke aayega our batsman have never liked it historically

So bloody typical of **** Indian batting.

Pant, Vihari, Jadeja have all scored centuries at test level, yet none of us on here and rightly so believe they can even score a quarter century lol.

LMAO at the Indian Cricket team.

Humiliation is the only way Indian cricket may change. Make no mistake this bashing is great for India. The more this happens, then maybe change will come.

If NZ won 1-0 or if the series is drawn, then no scrutiny happens.

Torn apart in ODIs 3-0 now Tests 2-0. This is Indian cricket at its finest in SENA.

Possible if bowlers had 185 behind them.  With 120 odd, the pressure simply melts away.

India needed at least 250-300 to exert pressure.

The NZ openers could finish this game off inside 30 overs before the close of play.
