Muslims are poRtrayed as - devout, god-fearing, non-corrupt, friends with the protagonist, usually dies sacrificing his life to a greater cause. These days, they are typical quintessential terrorists, radicalized because of a personal tragedy perpetuated by the system.

The irony is that one of the main reasons for wet markets (from where corona originated) is people like to eat exotic animals for their rumored mardana takat enhancing capabilities. I would have thought the last people to need so much mardana takat would be the population that had to enact 1 child policy or risk blowing up to 10B. On serious note, I think that Unani, TCM and Ayurveda differ from each other in the way they "diagnose" the diseases, but they use a lot of common herbs for cure. Hamdard (who produce Roh-Afza) are the biggest sponsor of Unani Medicine in Pakistan. They have their own university too for courses in Hikmat. Pakistani TV is full of Hakeems who give a lot of advises in the TV-shows. I am not against the "authentic" Hakeems, as they are giving very good advises regarding "Diet" too, which is lacking if we visit the modern doctors. Actually, the modern western "naturopathic medicine" is very much similar to what Hakeems are telling in the TV shows. I am more inclined towards this modern naturopathic medicine than old Unani Hikmat. Edited April 17, 2020 by Alam_dar

In rural India, especially in Andhra it is estimated that ~70% of accident and dislocation related cases are handled by bone setters. Generally, people prefer non invasive methods. Often they are called "Pehelwaans" in Pakistan, although they have nothing to do with wrestling. Their oils and medicines are considered better than Orthopädes (Plaster) even by many educated people. Especially in cases of back disc prolapse, people often avoid the operations, and there prefer (even the rich educated people) to go to some bone setters, who are really good in it. These bone setters seem to be the Desi version of Chiropraktiker, just like Unani Hakeems are the Desi version of Western Naturopath.
