your understanding of bits and pieces and allrounder is not clear.

Axar Patel is not bits and pieces and to be honest I don’t see him as an allrounder either. He is a decent  bowler at domestic/ international level and can slog a few or has basic competency with bat. That’s about it. In the Bhuvi category pretty much.

Stoinis has played for his team as a pure bat when he  couldn’t  bowl and has had games were he bowled 10 overs as well but still he is being considered as a permenant no.4 in LOIs.

Watson started off as someone who would

slog in the end and bowl 8-10 overs as well but he couldn’t seal the spot. He had to be pushed as a top order bat and someone who had a golden arm With the ball  to be a success story.

Once again was Kapil the bowler is an ATG that we needed, Kapil the batsman was a huge bonus and Kapil the allrounder is a once in a generation player. Same applies to any allrounder, In Kallis’s case it is the opposite. That’s what an allrounder is, not someone who can bat one day and bowl the other

to be honest i dnt beileve in this word spread by u guys

for there are 2 types

one who can do both

one whose one aspect is stronger

dube strong aspect is his power hitting now it didnt work in international cricket doesnt mean he is bits n pieces it means he is not international quality. Its like many domestic freak when they are found out on international level its not that they are not specialist just means not good enough for international

The match was already lost argument was already lost so what could Dube/Pandya do  is just nonsense. What is point of having them in the team if all these bozos can do is put some cherry on top once in five matches with bat.

Any player who is playing has to contribute either with bat or ball.Yes batsman or bowler can have bad days but these bozos never have good days which will win matches on their own with bat or ball.

You will never find one. The one you were promoting is not even bowling and you are still bragging. Ocassionally one man may have a good day but that is statistical anamoly. There will be no consistent performance. ever.

trying to bat and ball. I have been telling for almost a decade now that human body is not designed to do both batting and bowling at the top level. Those are two totally differnt actions.

You will never get it. Spending disproportinate resources to get a low yield is absurdity. Need nothing but specialist.
