All our test specialists should either rest or switch focus to red ball practice. I don't even want Mayank, Jaddu to play the T20s but with the squad selected we don't have other options.

Will be lucky to get a game. Even if he plays, he will be asked to adjust in lower middle order. Two positions are fixed for Dhawan and Kohli. Any three out of Rahul, Iyer, Samson, Hardik, and Mayank will have to adjust and adapt. 

 

Kohli will pick Sundar, Jadeja, Chahal, Bumrah and Shami as well. Plud perhaps Chahar. Natarajan may have to wait.

So what is the point of IPL? I thought IPL was played in T20 format and Sanju looked the best Indian batsman in a tournament which had Lolli, Rahul, Rohit, etc in similar conditions. I'm not asking him to be included in test matches. It's a freaking T20.

 

So IPL and internationals are poles apart but if Lolli being the fcker that he is doesn't provides chances to Samson, who is at fault? Samson needs to be given chances because he is a guy who can win you matches. He is the cleanest ball striker India have produced after Rohit Sharma.

Cricinfo predicts Kuldeep has also the Chance to be in XI over Chahal.  Kuldeep is not named in squad though but can always be added.  Anyways Kuldeep strangely has Great T20I numbers & average better than pretender Chahal

Slightly differ I wanna add Kishan as well.  Scored more runs than Sanju 500+ & 30 sixes.  Rahul & lolli scored useless runs without a shadow of doubt.

No doubt bhai... Sanju, Ishan, Hardik, SKY were the standout Indian batsmen in this year's IPL. They had a lot more impact than useless Lolli, Rahul. In fact, Ruturaj also showed a lot of promise and looked the part in the few games he played. He's got the spunk. Think of someone like Sam Billings. Devdutt has some way to go. Changing team next year would really help him free up his game.

Ipl is for entertainment nothing more.
