I think they need proper black n white rules. What he did is not illegal  however if tmoro a fielding side does that after every over can they be penalised? 

Lot of stuffs in cricket comes under legally permissable but frowned upon... like urinating on the ground.. I don't think the rule books prohibit that but can players do that?  

 

A fielding team should not be allowed to walk on pitch no matter what, other than for effecting a catch or a runout
