Umesh has never resort to trundling like some youngsters mavi, Avesh and zalil. He consistently bowls above 140 even now.

Akash deep bowled well yday. Infact so far he has been the Indian pacer who has impressed me in the ipl. Padikkal struggled with the ball that leaves the leftie against him.

I can bet even today he can bowl 145+ in t20s plus is a good new ball bowler something which has been our Achilles heel for quite sometime

Yes. Umesh has mentioned many times that he will never cut down on  pace even after many injuries because pace is what made him stand out from other bowlers. Sad to see a promising young fast bowler like Mavi resorting to trundling.

Umesh is still in scheme of things since his debut in 2010/11,says it all,yes because of pace and offcourse fitness

 

Mavi is nowhere in the scene,he will never make it with his current approach,even KKR will release him,trundling doesn't suit him

The Lord (Rahane) works in mysterious ways.

 

Umesh has looked really good this IPL so far. If he keeps it up, he should be considered as a specialist opening/MO pacer in T20Is.

Bumrahs bowling in t20s has regressed. In an important game i don't feel as confident in him as I once would have. I'll choose a better test than white ball bowler though but that's a personal choice.
