Tn for eg is second largest economy behind Maharashtra. Surprised given size of state nobody came forward.

Bidders are not willing to overlook the Government of India and supply directly to the States,” an official said. He added that there was no point in extending the deadline for the tender. “We need to assess the prospects and decide,” he added. May be afraid that Indian govt will get angry if they respond to individual state tenders or create road blocks in future. So for now I guess operation divert all vaccine to Gujrat will continue Che.... Arararaaahh...

Nvm that would be Indian tender and it will again all go to Gujrat araraaahhhhh.. OK ok this is best approach.
