this is the biggest problem ... tried and tested  inadequacies  get to play match after match for one reason or the other where as promising rookies never gets their share of deserving chances.  Even Rohit is a proven inadequacy at test level... Still he is called back despite playing  & being mediocre in  lots of  inns.

Drop Pujara from all away matches and Rahane from all home matches.

Can't blame the spinners much although their batting was a bit reckless.  Pant is Pant. Yes he played brainless shot. But he won 2 tests for us out of nowhere.

Here India didn't need to win. Probably he went after win? Only would hope so.  Will give benefit of the doubt. Rohit did okay seeing off new balls. But he is never going to make a 100 in these conditions.
